The return process was kind of confusing, and I had to email them more than once to get things sorted out... The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating and definitely something they could handle better

I don’t expect every website to be perfect, but I do think customers deserve a clear and straightforward shopping experience. This one was kind of a hassle. A few pages loaded slowly, and the product details weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, so I ended up clicking around more than I wanted just to feel confident about what I was buying.

The checkout did go through, so I’ll give them that, but it didn’t feel very smooth. I also didn’t get updates as quickly as I expected, which meant I had to keep checking on the order myself. To me, if a company takes your money, it’s only fair that they keep you informed without making you chase the information down.

The item did eventually arrive, and I’m glad it wasn’t a total loss. But the whole process felt more stressful than it needed to be. I’m not saying they’re terrible, but I do think they need to do better by their customers, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

Am I the only one who was disappointed with this? It didn’t really work for me, and the quality felt kind of cheap. I was hoping for better, but it just wasn’t worth it in my experience.

I reached out to cnpusa.com about my order and waited several days without getting a real answer. I even followed up, but the replies, if any, weren’t clear or helpful. It felt like no one was really keeping track of messages. Annoying when all you’re trying to do is get a simple update.

Ordered it, kind of forgot about it for a minute, and then it was already here. Shipping was quicker than I expected. Box looked fine, everything inside was fine too. No complaints really, just an easy order.
